Bought these as my first set of everyday-use glasses in my first apartment. So far, I've had them for a few days, and I only have good things to say. For 20 dollars, I can't really imagine that you can get a better set than this. I'm surprised by the quality heft the glasses have - the bottoms are heavy and they feel much more expensive than they are. A simple, classy design means that they'll goes well in any kitchen or dining room. I don't imagine they'll survive if I drop one on a floor, but I don't expect that out of my glasses. If handled with reasonable sensitivity, I'm sure these glasses will give you more than your money's worth.
The bottom line:
- Simple, classy design.
- Great heft; they feel much more expensive than they are.
- The price is right. With free shipping, I don't imagine there's a better deal out there. (Speaking of which, they were packed well, and I didn't have problems)

The classic Libbey Geo glassware set features a 1" thick solid glass base, as cool and crisp looking as if it were made of ice. The base gives each tumbler a pleasing weight in your hand, and the flared rim adds to the timeless sophistication. The 16-pc. set includes eight 15-1/2-oz. coolers and eight 13-1/2-oz. double old-fashioned glasses. Dishwasher safe. Not recommended for use in the microwave. Made in USA.Libbey
